| The First Church of the Nazarene in Denair began in 1933; A couple by the name of Will and Dora Haile had the dream to begin the church. On the day the church was officially organized, forty charter members knelt at an alter in a tent and dedicated their church to God. On march 11, 1934 the church moved into it's first building on an acre of land donated by Mr. & Mrs. Bob Story. First Church relocated to its present location on May 9, 1982. |
